My main focus is to make sure you’re safe and in the best position physically, and mentally to start tackling your fitness goals. Therefore, every new client will have to fill out a fitness evaluation to provide medical history, and any current health issues you may have.

Another part of my evaluation with each client is to help them figure out exactly where their happiness lies when it comes to their health and fitness. Finding your goal is a major step in the right direction!

Each training program is specifically tailored for your goals. I create detailed, step-by-step systemic workouts to help you reach your goals. We’ll stay connected through email, phone calls and video conferences. Experienced clients have a home here, too. I offer packages that contain up to 120 customized, systemic workouts.
